For active Facebook users, may not be advisable for the name and Facebook profiles to be indexed and appear in search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. You might not want to let others know your activities or other reasons. it is better to remove or conceal your identity so that you are not so well exposed.
To hide from the search engine you just need a simple setting in your facebook account. Just need to log in to their Facebook account. Then go to Account -> Privacy Setting and click on the “Search” icon
Finally, users just need to uncheck the Public Search Results and Click “Confirm” when a confirmation box is prompted.
